Community Support & Future Funding

Community programmes — in development

Growing opportunity beyond our farm.

Nature Nest intends to develop transparent community support programmes for the farmers, families and children around us. Those programmes are still being designed.

Community programmes — in development

Where things stand today.

We are developing plans for farmer education, fairer market connections and educational support for children in surrounding communities. Further information about partnerships, eligibility and future funding opportunities will be announced as these programmes are established.

No funding programme is operating, and no support is being distributed. This page explains what we are exploring and how we intend to go about it.

Potential areas of support

Three proposed programmes.

Proposed

Farmer Development Fund

Future support for agricultural education, demonstrations, training materials and carefully assessed farming needs.

Proposed

Children’s Education Support

Future assistance with appropriate educational materials and learning opportunities.

Proposed

Community Partnership Programme

Future collaboration with schools, agricultural professionals, businesses and responsible funding partners.

Transparency

Our commitments, in plain words.

Trust has to be earned. These are the standards we are setting ourselves from the start.

What we will do

  • Publish clear information about eligibility, decision-making and governance before any programme opens
  • Accept support only once appropriate legal, banking, accounting and operational arrangements are in place
  • Report on activities and outcomes transparently, using verified records
  • Design support around needs identified with the community
  • Work with responsible, accountable partners

What we will not do

  • Accept donations or payments before those arrangements exist
  • Claim charity, NGO or government-approved status we do not hold
  • Claim that donations are tax-deductible
  • Promise grants, subsidies or financial assistance
  • Publish invented beneficiaries, fundraising totals or impact statistics
Nature Nest Eco Farm is not currently a registered charity, and we are not accepting donations, payments or grant applications. Registering interest does not involve any payment.

The road ahead

Listen first. Then build, carefully.

Support programmes follow the same proposed roadmap as all our community work. No dates are set.

  1. 1
    Stage 1

    Listen & understand

Consult surrounding farmers, schools and community stakeholders.

  2. 2
    Stage 2

    Build partnerships

Explore collaboration with agricultural specialists, educators, businesses and suitable organisations.

  3. 3
    Stage 3

    Develop pilot programmes

Consider small, measurable farmer education and educational support initiatives.

  4. 4
    Stage 4

    Improve market connections

Test practical buyer–farmer coordination and transparent trading processes.

  5. 5
    Stage 5

    Expand responsibly

Explore wider programmes based on evidence, available resources and demonstrated community needs.
